7日フランス株式市場でのCAC40指数は1.91％上昇し、7,266.01ポイントで終了した。景気減速の懸念が薄れ、日本銀行（BoJ）の円キャリー取引制限に関する声明によって株式が売られた結果、4営業日続落していた下げに終止符が打たれた。日銀の内田真一副総裁は、金融資本市場が不安定な状況で利上げすることはない。当面は金融緩和をしっかりと続ける必要がある、と強調した 

銀行株は堅調で、BNPパリバ、ソシエテ ジェネラル、クレディ・アグリコルの株価は2.3%から3.3%上昇した。その他パフォーマンス上位には、テレパフォーマンスSE、シュナイダー・エレクトリック、VINCI、エデンレッド、トタルエナジーズなどが含まれ、株価は2.9%から3.7%上昇した。 

国内経済ニュースでは、フランスの6月の貿易赤字は61億ユーロに縮小し、5月の77億ユーロの修正値から縮小、想定の75億ユーロを上回り、貿易赤字は過去3ヵ月で最小と記録した。貿易収支の改善は、輸出が前月比3.4％増の517億ユーロ、輸入が前月比0.2％減の578億ユーロとなったことによるものである。
