  • 利上げの可能性は低い 

パウエル米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）議長は、現在の政策は制限的なレベルにあり、次回の政策金利調整が引き上げになる可能性は低い。もし利上げに踏み切るとすれば、インフレ率を目標水準まで引き下げるためのわれわれの政策が十分金融引き締め的でないという説得力のある証拠が必要だと述べた。
